General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the er333 platform and all services within it. By accessing this platform or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Each individual may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed.
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.
The account is strictly personal — it may not be used on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party.
It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account login details confidential.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

er333 reserves the right to verify the identity, address, and payment method of any user when required. Failure to respond to a verification request may result in withdrawal being placed on hold.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify er333 support immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

er333 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

If any provision of the Terms is violated.
If fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected.
If multiple accounts are being operated.
If information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

3.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Any player may request to close their account at any time. Before making the request, any real money remaining in the account should be withdrawn.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at er333: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

About Rocket: Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank, and is equally accepted for deposits and withdrawals at er333.

The payment method used on the account must be registered in your own name.
Using a third party's payment account is strictly prohibited.
Once a deposit transaction is completed, it is generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
Large withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
er333 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for review in suspicious circumstances.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players can receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳6,000 or more adds the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings earned from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each promotional offer may have its own terms, which will be stated in the offer details.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they are converted to real money after the wagering requirements are met.
If evidence of fraudulent use of a bonus is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
After claiming a promotion, the same type of offer cannot be claimed again unless specifically permitted.
er333 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games available on er333 are supplied by reputable software providers and operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game result is entirely independent and does not depend on previous results.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, er333 will attempt to provide a fair resolution based on log data. However, er333 will not be responsible for issues caused by internet connectivity problems.

6.3 Game Cancellation

If a technical error causes incorrect results to be displayed in a game, er333 reserves the right to cancel that game and refund the wagered amount.

6.4 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant event.
If an event is cancelled or postponed, the wagered amount may be refunded in accordance with the applicable policy.
Placing opposing bets on the same event to take advantage of bonuses is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the er333 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

Money Laundering: Using the platform to clean funds obtained from illegal sources.
Fraud: Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities.
Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts to gain bonus or promotional benefits.
Bot Use: Playing games or placing bets using automated software or scripts.
Collusion: Multiple individuals working together in a deliberate scheme to harm the platform.
Third-Party Payments: Making deposits from another person's mobile wallet or payment account.
False Claims: Attempting to gain unfair advantage by filing false reports of technical errors.
